Sunbrella^® Extract™ Oil Based Stain Remover - 5 oz

Sunbrella Extract Oil Based Stain Remover draws out the toughest, most set-in grease and oil based stains for quick and easy removal. Specially formulated to penetrate the fiber of the fabric, Sunbrella Extract targets stain particles, capturing and lifting the debris. Once applied, Sunbrella Extract dries into a powder that is easily removed with a vacuum.

• Shake well before use.
• Remove excess liquid/debris from stain before cleaning.
• Let stain dry before treating.
• Hold can upright, 6-8 inches away from stain. Spray in a circular motion just outside the perimeter of the stain, slowly working inward until stain is completely covered.
• Allow cleaner to dry completely.
• Use a vacuum or a soft bristle brush to remove powder.
• Repeat as needed for tough or set-in stains.

Before use on non-Sunbrella fabrics: Test a small, hidden area for colorfastness and examine when dry. If color or texture is affected do not use.

How does Sunbrella Extract work?

Sunbrella Extract's fast acting formula penetrates deep into the fiber of the fabric, targeting stain particles and lifting them to the surface in an easy-to-remove powder.

Can I use Sunbrella Extract on all types of fabric?

Sunbrella Extract has been tested and approved for use on all Sunbrella fabrics (except for Horizon® Marine Vinyl). Sunbrella Extract is also safe for use on most other water safe fabrics but should always be spot tested before use on non-Sunbrella fabrics. Test a small, hidden area and examine when dry. If color or texture is affected, do not use.

Do I need to test for colorfastness before using?

This formula has been tested and approved for use on all Sunbrella fabrics (except Horizon® Marine Vinyl), so no trial testing is needed for use on Sunbrella products. Colorfastness should always be tested before using on any non-Sunbrella fabric.

What stains does Sunbrella Extract work on?

What are oil based stains?

Stains fall into one of two categories; water based or oil based. Oil based are the toughest to completely remove as they are hydrophobic and repel water. Butter, bacon grease, salad dressing, mayonnaise and sunscreen are all oil based stains and can be treated using our Sunbrella Extract Oil Based Stain Remover.
